Getting ready to close on our newest project.
Well it looks like we have found our next project. A 3BD 1 Bath house in Saint James, NY. It is in a really nice neighborhood and has a large backyard. Looking forward to starting the renovations and getting some pictures up for everyone to see the project from start to finish. Check back soon for the before and after pictures. We are hoping to have this house ready to go by early spring.
