The First Property!!!!
As we sit here reminiscing about the last five months of this new venture that we started and I realize how much we have been through. There have been ups and downs, good days and bad. We have read about alot of the successes on other homes and hoped that we would one day be writing the same about our first success. Well it looks like now we have made it to the closing on our first deal this week. It has been a process of learning but is now looking like a reality. It is very exciting but also very scary. We have had great support from our coaches even when we were not so sure this was going to work out. They kept us hopeful and made us realize that this is work but that it will pay off down the road and to not give up. So now we go to the next phase of this process and hopefully in a few months I will be writing again to tell all of you that it was a great success and are on to our next deal. Wish us Luck!!
